Chop the chicken breast into small pieces. In a frying pan pour a tablespoon of oil and brown the chicken until crispy. Remove the chicken and place on a plate with absorbent paper, reserve. Dice the rest of the ingredients except for the spinach leaves. In a bowl, place the spinach, mango, tomato, cheese, dates and chicken on top. In a glass, add the dressing ingredients, whisk and pour the dressing over the salad. Decorate the salad with some toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve 😋. 🥑 For veggie option replace the chicken with heura or seasoned tofu, the honey with jam and the cheese.
