Heat the oil in a frying pan. Flour and fry the cod pieces. 🐟

On the other hand, sauté the white beans with the pepper, to cook them a little.

Once cooked, remove the beans and place them in a baking dish. Likewise, remove the cod pieces and place them in the same dish.

Slice and fry the garlic in the same oil in which the cod was cooked, add the wine and the paprika. Allow the wine to cook for a few minutes, stirring from time to time.

Once a "sauce" has formed with the wine, water the tray a little (just to give it flavor, as we do not want it to be oily), place the garlic on top of the cod pieces and sprinkle a little more sweet paprika.

Place under the broiler of the oven for approximately five minutes and you are ready!
