Preparación de la receta
1
Proceed to toast the flour; this can be done in a frying pan or in the oven. If you will do it in the oven, you should know that you need a temperature of 160° for 25 minutes; and you should check it every 10 minutes and move it so that it does not burn. The idea is to make the color of the flour change to a yellowish tone, once it gets it, it will be ready.
2
While the flour is toasting, toast the sesame seeds (If you bought them already toasted, save this step). Otherwise; take a frying pan and cook the seeds over low heat for 20 minutes until they darken.
3
Once these ingredients are toasted, and while the flour is resting, you will chop the almonds and sesame. You can do this in a food processor, so that they are as fine as possible (but do not turn into powder).
4
Now you will proceed to mix all the solid ingredients until you create a homogeneous mixture. Then add the honey and olive oil, and begin to mix vigorously with your hands until each ingredient is incorporated.
5
To preserve it, place it inside the refrigerator, and it will keep in good condition for weeks.
6
TIP: To serve it, you can simply take a few spoonfuls and place them in a cup, or if you prefer, use a mold of your favorite shape, creating the silhouette with Sfouf, and decorate it with sesame seeds and some whole or chopped almonds in medium pieces.
