Take a ripe banana, 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 egg, a little yeast and cinnamon to taste and grind it all in a blender.

I put it in an ikea bowl, which has a bottom, so that the dough does not stay too high and is made like a pancake, or a deep dish. The less dough you put the thinner you get, but I like it with the thickness that I get this one.

We put it in the microwave for about 3:30 minutes and it's ready.

As topping I put 100% cashew nut cream (bought at carrefour), strawberries and yellow kiwi.
