Wash the rice well to remove the starch. Cook the rice in a covered casserole with water (double the amount of rice). When it is ready, let it rest until it cools down.

Cut the avocado, carrot, cooked prawns and smoked salmon into thin sticks. Set aside.

On a bamboo or silicone mat, place a sheet of seaweed (shiny side down). To prevent the seaweed from splitting, place the lines on the inner side in the same direction as the lines on the mat.

Cover the seaweed with rice, leaving 1 cm free on one side of the seaweed (to close well). If we spread it with our hands, we have to wet them so that the rice does not stick to us.
