Heat a glass of milk and add the gelatin to hydrate.

Hydrate the dates with a little water for about 30 minutes and grind them.

Heat the cream, cheese, milk and crushed dates in a saucepan over low heat.

Stir until the ingredients are dissolved and add the gelatin. Continue stirring for a couple of minutes and pour with the help of a spoon over the cookie base. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator (6h or overnight).

In a microwave-safe case (Lékué type) put the frozen berries. Cook them until they break up and mash them with a fork. Let it cool in a glass jar (if we add chia seeds it will thicken a little more).

Once everything is cool, pour the jam over the cake and unmold.
