Preheat the oven to 180º. Peel and cut the potato into slices. Put the slices on a baking tray with parchment paper and add a little salt and EVOO. Put the potatoes in the oven for about 10 minutes.

In a frying pan poach the onion. When ready, add a squeeze of lemon juice.

Once 10 minutes have passed since we put the potatoes in the oven. Add on top of them the poached onion with the lemon juice and the bonito slices with a little salt. Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes.

When the tuna is cooked (be careful not to leave it too long in the oven and let it dry), remove from the oven and serve. On top I also put some fried vegetables (bell pepper, onion and leek) that I had already made from another day and it is super tasty 😍.
