In the fast cooker put 2 tablespoons of oil, put the thighs and brown them, in the meantime chop the garlic and chop the carrots and onion.

Put everything in the pot, add the white wine, prunes and dates, close the lid and when the valve goes up, cook for 10 minutes, cool the lid and open the pot, take out the thighs and mash the sauce.

In a frying pan put a spoonful of oil, fry the bacon cut into strips, drain the oil and put it on the thighs.

Cook together for 10 minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
