Cut the pork loin into pieces and marinate it in corn flour and soybean flour, let it rest.

Chop all the vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, onion, leek...).

Fry a clove of garlic in EVOO and add the vegetables, once they are done add a few spoonfuls of soy sauce.

Add the marinated pork and cook over medium heat.

Once ready, place and decorate with sesame seeds.
