Mix all the ingredients adding little by little the flour, butter, water and beaten egg until a wet dough is formed and let it rest for 30 min. Meanwhile, cut the cheese into sticks.

Knead and stretch the dough until it is very thin, cut vertical strips and roll the cheese sticks being careful to seal the entrances and exits well so that the cheese does not spill.

Brush the tequeños with a little egg to make them more golden and crispy and put them in the oven for 15/20 minutes at 180°.
