FOR THE CHICKEN: Chop the vegetables, debone and chop the chicken. Sauté the vegetables and when they are poached add the chicken, fry and add salt.

Add the whole plums, the chopped dates, the cumin and a glass of white wine (if you have sweet wine do not add the dates). Cook covered over low heat until the broth evaporates.

FOR THE COUSCOUS: Boil a cup of water with 1/2 meat stock cube. When it is ready, pour in a dish with a cup of couscous and let it swell for a few minutes. Then add a tablespoon of butter and stir.
