Cut the five tortillas (each tortilla in 8 portions) and mix it with the spices (paprika, garlic, onion and pepper) and put it on a baking paper with a little bit of EVOO. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180° (check that the paprika does not burn).

Remove the nachos from the oven to cool and when they are cold they should be crispy (doritos type) and add the grated cheese and bake for 2 minutes at 180° (just to melt the cheese).

Cut the bell pepper and tomato into small pieces and mix with the red beans.

In a frying pan with EVOO, sauté the textured soybeans with the Mexican tomato sauce.

Finally, put the soy with tomato on top of the nachos already gratinized, and on top of the bell pepper, tomato and beans. Add 4 jalapeños (you can add as many as you want) and a few spoonfuls of guacamole.
