Chop all the vegetables except the spinach and cook them in a frying pan with the oil. When they are to our taste, grind them and set aside.

Put the cut potatoes and spinach in a pot and cover with water (in my case it is frozen spinach). When it starts to boil, add the crushed vegetables, garlic powder, paprika and salt.

When the potatoes are "soft", add the well washed chickpeas and the chorizo, taste and adjust the salt if necessary and let it cook over medium/low heat for about 20 minutes so that it takes flavor. I usually do it the night before.
