Roast the vegetables we have chosen to make this vegetable panini, in my case I have chosen tomato, onion and bell pepper.

Then we put the vegetables on top of a piece of bread and we put the cheese broken into pieces, or grated cheese, on top, then we pass it through the griddle if we want the cheese to melt a little and we have some delicious paninis, which we will enjoy!!!!
