Add everything to the blender, plus a tablespoon of seed mix and a tablespoon of shredded coconut (optional) you can also add milk but the orange juice binds the mixture quite well and gives it that sweet touch. the pear is a very sweet fruit so I recommend not adding additional sweetener.
