Wash the tomato and cut it into very small squares. Add it to the casserole.

Let it suck until the tomato becomes a thick sauce. Add the spices. After about 10 minutes, add the provolone cheese, leave for about 10-15 minutes over low heat, until it melts a little and add again a little more oregano.

Try to use a non-stick pan or if you have an earthenware casserole even better! You can also bake it in the oven. In this case, add all the ingredients and bake for about 15 minutes with the oven preheated to 180º.
