Cut a garlic and an onion in brunoise and put them in a frying pan with EVOO over low heat to poach.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and add salt, pepper, curry and parsley.

While they are cooking, boil the broccoli and add it to the pan once the mushrooms are done.

Let everything cook and add salt and pepper to taste. Add two eggs and scramble them in the pan along with everything else.
