Combine the dry ingredients: flour (chickpea flour gives it a texture that I love, but you can use whole wheat, oat flour, almond flour...), cinnamon, baking powder, a pinch of salt. If you want you can add vanilla powder.

Combine the liquid ingredients: two eggs, two well-ripened bananas mashed (if you don't have ripe bananas, leave them in the oven for a few minutes, they will reach their ideal point). I don't think it's necessary, but you can sweeten with a spoonful of date paste.

Now put it all together and free your imagination: sometimes I make it simple, sometimes I like to enrich it with raisins, walnuts, almonds.... Add the milk and depending on the texture (it depends on the flour) add more or less.

Put it in a dish and bake it in the oven for half an hour at 150 degrees. I use small molds because I freeze it, it comes out perfect.

When it's cold, slice it and eat! I love it with peanut or almond butter and Greek yogurt.
