Step 1: put the flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, mix and make a hole in the middle.

Step 2: in a glass, mix the yeast with a little water and a pinch of sugar. And add it to the mixture of dry ingredients.

Step 3: gradually add the water at room temperature and mix. When we finish adding the water, we start to knead for about 20 min. Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 1h30.

Step 4: after 1h30 we form small balls with the dough of the size we want and flatten them to 1cm wide.

Step 5: cook for 30 minutes at 170- in the oven with the oven on top and bottom. And enjoy them as you like 😋😋 🥯 🥖❣️😎 🥯🥖❣️😎
