Chickpeas with cuttlefish and prawns

Drain the chickpeas well under cold running water.

Chop the onion 🧅 in brunoise. Add in a saucepan with a drizzle of olive oil 🫒 and cook over low heat. When it is well poached add the prawns 🦐 peeled and without head and the cuttlefish cut into small pieces. Cook over high heat for 2 minutes.

Add the flour and fry.

Add the chickpeas and mix until well blended. Sauté for two minutes and add the seasoning: salt, cumin and sweet paprika. Mix again.

Add 2 cups of water 💧 and bring to boil. Cook 10/ 15 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving and.... DEVOUR!
