According to taste -400 gr cooked chickpeas or 1 large jar if you buy them already cooked. -60 ml of water -70 of virgin olive oil -1/2 teaspoon salt - 30 ml lemon juice - 40g toasted sesame seeds. - 1 teaspoon tahini sauce - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder To garnish: -1 dash more virgin olive oil. -paprika to taste

Blend all the ingredients until a homogeneous texture is obtained. I like it with these quantities but if you notice it too thick you can add a little more water.

Serve and add the drizzle of oil and the paprika.

Serve with vegetable sticks or toasted bread.
