Gnocchi with piquillo peppers and hummus

Spice the gnocchi to taste, I recommend paprika, salt, garlic and onion powder and pepper.

Place in the AirFryer with EVOO for 10 minutes at 200ºC.

Drain the piquillo peppers well (reserve the juice for later) and add to the AirFryer for 10 minutes at 200°C.

Add the previously drained juice from the peppers and leave at 200ºC until caramelized.

Serve and serve with hummus (optional).
