It can now be stretched with a rolling pin and we cut it into long triangles giving it a cut in the middle as you can see in the picture.

Put baking paper on a baking tray and place the croissants on it (I had 7 and a minibollito). Cover and let them rise a little more.

Bake at 180° 15 minutes and they are golden brown and tender.
