Preparación de la receta

Put the cod in a frying pan without oil or anything else, roast it to expel the salt.

Soak the cod for 1 to 1.5 hours and change the water once or twice.

In the meantime, cook the potatoes, let them cool, peel and split them and put them in the bowl.

Drain the cod, crumble it and add it to the dish with the potatoes.
