Peel the potato, wash it and make very thin slices. Put them in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes.

Drain and dry them. Season with the teaspoon of oil in a bowl and place in the Airfryer (oven or microwave also works).

At 165° in Airfryer, we put 20-25' approx. and stir every 7' so that they brown well and do not stick.

Take them out, put them in a bowl and add salt to taste! Enjoy your chips 🤌🏻
