Cut the chicken thigh to the desired size for the nuggets.

Dip first in egg and then in the cornflakes. You can use the flakes whole or grind them a little with a mortar and pestle.

Add the spices of your choice on top, in my case garlic powder.

Place the nuggets on the baking tray with baking paper without touching each other.

Once the oven is preheated, place the tray in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 180.
