Activate the yeast: put it in a glass with a little warm water for 5 minutes.

Cut 2 bananas into slices and mash them a little. Put the egg, the two bananas and the activated yeast in a bowl and beat until frothy. Add the flour little by little and the cinnamon. Continue beating until everything is well integrated.

Add the chopped nuts (you can also add raisins, chocolate chips, etc).

Pour the mixture into the mold previously greased with a little EVOO.

Garnish with a sliced banana, nuts and coarse salt flakes (it gives a spectacular touch).

Cook in Airfryer 160°C for 30 minutes and ENJOY!!!😜
