First we will make a homemade fish stock with a monkfish bone, a bay leaf, a little salt and the prawns. Cook for 15 minutes and strain. We will reserve the prawns.

Cut the monkfish into small cubes. In a frying pan fry with a little oil and add the rice. We give a few turns and we are throwing the broth that we have done. We put to fire average, and we are leaving that it cooks, when we see that we run out of water we throw more broth, thus until the rice is in its point.

Then add the cream and cook for a few more minutes.

Serve and place the prawns as desired. It is better to eat freshly made.
