First we roast the 2 sweet potatoes in the oven for about 50-60 min at 180*. We put them as they are with their skin

When the sweet potato is ready, peel it and put it in a blender together with the butter, cream and spices. Blend until you have the desired texture.

The octopus legs are cooked in very hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side and served on a plate. First the puree with a little paprika and on top the legs. Decorate with parsley. Enjoy it!
