Cut the zucchini into very thin slices.

Preheat the airfryer to about 200° and in the meantime, in a glass, mix the water with plenty of salt.

Put the zucchini in the airfryer and pour the water with salt over them and check that they are all soaked.

Close the airfryer and let the zucchini cook for about 20 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, open the airfryer and check that the zucchini are well cooked, if necessary let them cook for a few more minutes.

When ready, remove them from the airfryer, sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley and let them cool before serving.
