Pasta with Gorgonzola and mushroom sauce

Cook pasta aldente in boiling salted water.

Prepare the sauce with the Gorgonzola, milk and a pinch of pepper. You can use only Gorgonzola or, as I did, reduce it with spreadable cheese to make it lighter. Leave the sauce liquid, it will solidify on its own with the pasta.

In another pan prepare the mushrooms with oil, garlic if you like, and parsley. I like to leave them a little crunchy.

Mix everything together and garnish with parsley
