PIZZA DOUGH Preheat the oven to 190º with heat up and down. Meanwhile put the yogurt in a bowl and add little by little and mixing with a spatula 120g of flour (we separate 20g for the subsequent kneading), 7g of yeast, salt and a tablespoon of oil.

On a baking paper sprinkle a little flour and pour our dough and little by little we add the 20g of flour that we had reserved and shape it with our hands (do not use a rolling pin because it is a very sticky dough).

We put our pizza in the oven for 15 minutes at 190º and take it out when it is golden brown.

TOPPINGS Once the pizza dough is out of the oven, let it warm up a little and add the Philadelphia cheese, the smoked salmon and the walnuts. Sprinkle a little dill on top and if you want to eat it a little warm, put it in the oven and with the residual heat from baking the dough will warm up.
