We will need a "cloth bag" type strainer to pour our shredded product and remove the fiber and pulp. We want this because this way our juice will not oxidize and we will let our digestive system rest.

Peel the apples and add them to our blender, Thermomix or food processor. Pour the juice of half a lemon 🍋 (if you do not want you can omit the lemon).

Peel about 3 cm of ginger and pour into our glass (3 cm. per person; if you want more juice, we will double the quantities)

I add a spoonful of a preparation I have to make turmeric latte in which the spices are already mixed (turmeric, black pepper, ginger and cinnamon). You can omit the turmeric or add it if you like it.

Mix well until it is crushed We put in an empty bowl or saucepan, place our cloth bag and begin to strain our juice. When we have finished, we pour our liquid into a glass bottle that can be closed and put it in the fridge. It will last you about a week 😉.
