Make broth with the head and bones of the salmon, an onion, a clove of garlic and a carrot cut in four in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes. Filter the broth and extract pieces of salmon discarding the bones. Alternatively you can use fish stock and clean salmon fillets.

Add two diced potatoes to the filtered broth (1 l.) together with the salmon pieces and the carrot and onion and boil for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. Open and add 200 ml of cream, spices and dill, stir for a few minutes and serve.
