Cook the pasta.

While the pasta is cooking, dice the peppers and spring onions.

Cut the turkey into small pieces.

Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan with EVOO and, when ready, add the turkey pieces seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until golden brown.
