Cut the chicken breast into large cubes. Mix the yogurt with the tikka masala spices (bought in a spice store, I add a little to taste). Marinate the chicken with this mixture for at least one hour.

Fry the chicken over high heat to seal it. Then, add the three spoonfuls of crushed tomato (previously fried with garlic, oil, thyme, salt and sugar). Let it fry for approximately two minutes.

Add the coconut milk and cook with the lid closed for 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Once this time has elapsed, turn up the heat and uncover to thicken until it has the desired texture.
