While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry it in a frying pan. When the onion is a little poached, add the sliced mushroom and the bacon.

Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl. Add the egg yolk, cream, grated Parmesan, truffle sauce and black pepper. Whisk everything by hand with a fork.
