Mix the yeast with the water (it must be lukewarm).

In a bowl add the flour (any whole wheat flour is fine) and the salt (about a teaspoon). Add the water with the yeast when it is completely dissolved and without lumps.

Knead the mixture with a cat's tongue or any other utensil as it is very sticky and is much easier than with your hands. You can add seeds (chia, sesame), seeds or nuts.

When it is kneaded, transfer it to a bowl with flour so that it does not stick and let it rise for 2 hours with a clean cloth on top.

Transfer the dough to the mold (you can put parchment paper or flour so it doesn't stick). I use a sponge cake mold to give it the shape of "bimbo" bread. You can add seeds or nuts on top.

Preheat the oven to 220°, put the pan in when it is hot and leave for 20 minutes at this temperature, then lower the temperature to 180° for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait 10 minutes, take it out of the mold and put it on a cooling rack. You can keep it in a cloth or cloth bag for the rest of the days.
