Tomato and cucumber salad with smoked salmon

The ingredients I used were: 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers that were starting to become poached, a small piece of bell pepper that I had in the fridge and two slices of salmon. Cut everything into small pieces, the salmon into strips, add a dash of EVOO, salt, dill, and the juice of half a lemon for the dressing. I also used a tomato pulp for the dressing.

Let it cool a little before consuming. If the dressing is made separately, pour into a jar and shake to emulsify a little. And that's it! Enjoy!
