First, we roast in the oven the half slice of bread, the garlic clove and the tomato (we make a cross with a knife to be able to peel it). At 180 degrees, we leave the bread and the garlic for approximately 15 minutes, and the tomato for 5 minutes more.

Once the above ingredients are roasted and a little warm, put them in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Grind for approximately 2 minutes at maximum power.

Taste the sauce and adjust the salt to taste and, if it is too thick, add a little more oil.
