Grind the hazelnuts into a cream and mix with the cocoa. Leave the dates to soak in hot water (if you already have date paste, you can skip this step).

Add the egg, bananas, dates, and beat

Add the oats and the yeast, mix. Break the walnuts into small pieces and mix them with the dough (it has to be sticky).

Serve in a mold and decorate with nuts on top (or the dried fruit you want). Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees (you can go pricking and when it comes out clean it is ready).
