Place the chia, oats and sesame in the Thermomix or food processor and blend.

-In a bowl put the flour mixture (be careful with the chickpea flour that gives a lot of flavor, do not put more than two tablespoons) and add the yeast previously activated in half a glass of warm water with a pinch of honey; -Add salt, oil, and gradually pour the water, only the necessary, until the dough is formed that is not sticky.

Let stand, covered with a cloth for 1h.

Roll out with a rolling pin

Grease with olive oil and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.

Fill the base with your favorite toppings and bake the pizza for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

-Here is another variety that I made with spelt and can be frozen without problem for up to 3-4 weeks. -Then take them out, let them thaw at room temperature and stretch!

Make it as you like, experiment with the dough fermentation times (I recommend storing or using it when the dough has doubled in size in about 2h). And you will have delicious pizzas
