Cut the salmon loins (thawed) and the onion into small cubes.

2. Add the salmon, onion, three tablespoons of lemon juice, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and mix everything in a bowl.

3. Peel and cut the avocado into small cubes and put it in another bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, season to taste and mix.

4. With a tying ring or simply with a spoon, place the avocado in a circle on a plate. On top of the avocado put the dressed salmon and remove the ring if used.
