We put three bowls: the first with the flour and spices and salt, the second with beaten eggs and the third with the previously crushed cornflakes.

Dip the legs in the egg, then in the flour with the spices. Then again in the egg to finish with the cornflakes.

We put the chicken on a tray with baking paper and with a brush we spread the chicken with the leftover egg. Then bake in the oven at 220 degrees until it browns for about 15 minutes.

Notes: You can use the part of the chicken you prefer: wings, breast in strips.... To accompany I made baked potatoes: cut them very thinly and spread them with oil and spices to taste and bake them with the chicken.
