🦐 Peel the shrimp and in a frying pan with EVOO, put the heads with the finely chopped garlic.

🧅 When the oil gets the color and aroma, remove the heads and whiskers that may have remained in the pan. Add the finely chopped onion and let it fry. In a separate pot we boil the spaghetti.

🍾 Add the white wine (we could also add it in any previous step if EVOO is missing), put the clams (previously washed and left in water) and let them cook until they begin to open.

🍅🌿 When the clams start to open, add the crushed tomato, the halved cherry tomatoes and salt. Stir well until all the clams are open. Add the chopped fresh parsley.

We put everything together with the spaghetti... plate it with a little bit of cheese and pepper... and enjoy! 😊
