Baked pork ribs

I have used 3 pork ribs. In a mortar add: 6 large cloves of garlic (previously remove the pod so that it does not repeat), 2 tablespoons of sweet red pepper, 4 tablespoons of parsley, a little salt (so it does not jump). Crush everything well, until it is a homogeneous paste.

To the mortar mixture add EVOO (it is a little by eye, but I add until it covers the mortar but there are two fingers left over on top of the mixture). Stir well.

With the help of a spoon or a brush, paint the ribs with the mortar mixture (only on one side).

Once finished with all the mortar mixture, add water (the same amount of EVOO, all the mortar but with two fingers left over at the top) stir well with the mixture that has been left on the walls and add to the TRAY where the ribs are, only to the tray (i.e. around the meat) never on top of the meat, this will make the meat juicier.

Turn the oven on with heat up and down at 225° for an hour and a half. After 45 minutes, turn the ribs over. Finally, 10 minutes before the time is up (the hour and a half) turn the oven to 250° and leave 5 minutes on each side until golden brown (this will depend on each oven). And now yes, enjoy!
