Cover the pan with the oil.

Cut the zucchini and chicken into small cubes and boil the water.

Start cooking the zucchini and add salt (obviously when the water starts to boil, add the pasta).

After about 5 minutes (stirring the zucchini from time to time so that it is cooked on all sides), add the chicken and cook it.

Add the spices (always to your taste, in this case I have opted for those indicated)

When the pasta is cooked, add it to the frying pan with the handful of mozzarella cheese so that it melts and everything is mixed.
