Roquefort spaghetti with walnuts

Boil the whole wheat spaghetti. Chop the walnuts a little, not too much, leaving some big pieces and set aside.

Grind the rest of the ingredients and put them in a saucepan to heat over medium heat stirring so that it does not stick and burn. When the sauce is hot we separate from the fire and we leave it covered until the spaghetti is cooked to our taste. If you like the sauce thicker you can add a 120gr fresh cheese or a Greek yogurt and keep stirring until it gets hot again. I never add it because the sauce thickens when it cools down, and if you have spaghetti left over from one day to the next, it will be too compact with the cheese or yogurt. But know that you have the option.

Strain the spaghetti and put it in the same pan with the sauce and stir well.
