Pit the dates and hydrate them in hot water for about 20' ⠀⠀.

Add the eggs, milk, yogurt, EVOO, dates, orange juice and vanilla essence to the bowl of your mixer. To sweeten, you can replace the dates with ripe banana or sweetener.

On the other hand we will have prepared in a large bowl the chickpea flour and the yeast. Here we will add the previous mixture well beaten and stir well with a whisk until there are no lumps.

Add a few pieces of 85% chocolate and stir again.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC with heat from above and below, bake for about 25' (the time varies according to the oven). Check if it is done by pricking with a knife in the center and if it comes out clean...ready!
