Grilled cod with sautéed bell peppers

Hello!!! 👩🍳 For today I had a simple dish that takes very little time to prepare. GRILLED COD WITH SAUTÉED RED PEPPERS. - 1 cod loin per person. - 1 or 2 red bell peppers (or a jar of good quality roasted peppers). - fresh spinach leaves - chopped parsley, garlic powder, ground cumin and a little extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) 1️⃣ In a frying pan we put a drizzle of EVOO and put the cod loin. I put a little garlic and parsley on top. Let it cook on both sides, being careful when turning it over so that it does not break. 2️⃣ On the other side we make the bell pepper. Wash it, cut it into strips and make it for about 2-3 minutes in microwave. Then sauté it in a pan with a few drops of oil, cumin and garlic powder. If they are from jars, we skip the microwave step 😉. Assembling the dish: put the spinach leaves, the cod loin and the peppers. Let's eat!!! 😋 On Instagram @itamari71
